Questions people usually ask
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes — a short agreement that says what you’re getting, what it costs, and how to stop if you want to. Nothing complicated.
What does the 12-month minimum mean?
For new websites, I spend several days building your site before you pay anything significant. The 12 months is what makes that fair for both of us. After 12 months, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
I already have a website. Can you just take it over?
Yes — that’s exactly what the $19/month option is for. I’ll take a look at it first, so we both know what we’re working with.
Do you sort out the design as well?
For new websites, you choose from the styles I’ve already set up — clean, professional, ready to go. If you already have a logo or brand colours, I’ll work with those. I currently, don’t offer just design services.
Do you write the words for my website?
No — that’s down to you. But I can help you structure what you want to say.
What happens when something breaks?
You don’t need to email me. I look after your website. If the issues are covered by your plan, I fix it at no extra cost. If it’s something bigger, I’ll tell you what it’ll cost before I do anything.
Where are you, and will that cause problems?
I’m based in Pakistan. For looking after your website day-to-day, it makes no difference — I’m working in the background regardless of timezone. For emails, you’ll always hear back within one working day.
